What if my order is lost in the mail?

Per our shipping policy we will either replace or refund an order if it has not been delivered within 14 days of the ship date . Customer preference on replacement or refund

Do you accept returns?

Because of the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. However, please contact us, if you a problem or questions with your order.

I signed up for the subscription after the 10th of a month but have not received if yet?

If you sign up for the subscriptions after the 10th of any month, you will be automatically be scheduled for the next month's box, i.e. you sign up on October 12th, your first box will be the November box. This is due to the cut off date, to allow us time to put together each month's box.

How do I manage my subscription box?

On the home page at the top is a link "My Subscriptions". Click on this link and it will take you to a page to add your email, where a link can be emailed to you, to sign in, from there you can see your subscription, you can change credit card information, update address, change to a different box or sticker size and pause or cancel your subscription.
